The Central States Conference of Seventh-day Adventist is a part of the Mid-American Union Conference of Seventh-day Adventists, which in turn is a part of the North American Division of General Conference of Seventh-day Adventists, a world church organization; and all purposes, policies and procedures of this conference shall be in harmony with the working policies and procedures of the NAD and the General Conference of Seventh-day Adventists.
The purpose of this conference is to facilitate the proclamation of the everlasting gospel in the context of the three angels’ messages of Revelation 14:6-12 to all people within its territory, leading them to accept Jesus as their personal Savior and to unite with His church, and nurturing them in preparation for His soon return.
Adventists believe a Trinity of three persons--the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit--make up one God. They made salvation possible when Jesus, the Son, came to earth as a baby in Bethlehem and lived a sinless life in accordance with the Father's will.
