LEADERSHIP SUMMIT

Enjoy a weekend of fellowship and enhancing of your skills.  Do you have a passion and feel a calling for ministry?  Are you in a leadership position and want to grow your skills?  Have you been asked to work in a ministry but want to know more?  Well, this weekend is designed for you!!

You will learn leadership skills in event planning, using media, and communication skill enhancement.  Learn how to minister to the "least of these", to the depressed, to the Young Adults of today, to couples and to Gen Alpha.  Enhance your skills as an ASAM leader, Deaconess, Deacon or Elder.  Learn to start or continue Family Life Ministries, Young men mentoring group, Prayer ministry group and so much more.  Some personal care tips of pacing yourself, avoiding burn-out and learning to delegate will be provided.

There will be a Ministry Showcase on Saturday night - share your ministry projects, recruit volunteers and network.
