Provides administrative and financial leadership to the Central States Conference
Serves as a trustee and a steward of the funds it receives
Provides the necessary policy and administrative coordination of the Local Churches and Companies through a Executive Administrative Group composed of the V.P. of Finance, President, and V.P. of Administration
Keeps abreast to changes in the Working Policy
Develops and monitors the operating budget for the Central States Conference, which includes the CSC departments and services, as well as CSC Programs, Reversions and Allocations
Serves as liaison with the Mid-America Union and other North American divisions.
