Our Facilitators

“Dr. Kim” as she is affectionately called, is Kim Logan-Nowlin, Ph.D., a practicing psychologist. As a national inspirational speaker, her oratory brings encouragement, direction, hope and healing to thousands each year as she travels around the U.S. and abroad sharing words of inspiration for all ages. Along with her late husband and professional therapist Arthur Nowlin, LMSW, CAADC, AAFLP they have met the needs of hurting individuals and families as Christian family therapists and counselor in their private practice in Detroit, MI.

Mr. Michael Moss II, returns to the Central States Single Adult Summit by popular demand! Mike, the founder of @Pain4Purpose, travels the world as a flight attendant which fuels his passion to inspire youth and young adults to reach their full potential. An Oakwood University alumnus and motivational speaker, he incorporates life experience, humor and a love for God into his ministry.

Our Itinerary

Friday

12 noon – Check-in Begins for Summit (Hospitality Room available should hotel room not be ready)

1:30 pm – “Unleashing for New Discoveries”(City sightseeing)

4:00 pm – Hotel Room Check-in

5:00 pm - “Unleashing for New Friendships” (Meet & Greet Pizza Party)

6:30 pm – “Am I leashed?”

Sabbath

8:00 am – “Unleashing the Power of Prayer” (Prayer Walk)

9:00 am - Breakfast

10:00 am - “But I’m safer leashed, aren’t I?”

11:30 am - “So, how do I become unleashed?”

1:00 pm - Dinner

3:00 pm – “Unleashed for Ministry” (service projects)

4:30 pm – “Unleashed to reach God’s Purpose for me”

5:30 pm - “Unleashed for Fellowship” (see recreation below)

Sunday

10:00 am – Choice of Workshops:

“Unleashed, but Still Looking for the One”

“Unleashed from Grief”

11:30 am – Brunch Closing Session “How to Stay Unleashed”
